According to legend, the routines of eagle claw boxing are said to have been created by the heroic general Yue Fei of the Song dynasty (420-479 CE.) In this tape, you will learn step-by-step a complete routine of Eagle Claw. Slow motion and reverse angles clearly reveal each movement. The complete routine is divided into 4 sections then broken down further into a total 40 movements for easy learning. Also included are 12 combat applications that reveal real fighting techniques behind the eagle claw movements.
