Qigong (pronounced chi-kung) is an ancient Chinese energy (Chi) practice. Qi means energy. Qigong is a self-healing art that combines movement and meditation. With the use of special mantras, mudras, and images, this qigong uses universal energy, or qi, to regulate the functions of the liver. Wudang sword, a master of Shaolin fist and sword, a master calligrapher, feng shui practitioner and a Professor of Chinese Medicine.
