DVD is Nine Continents Staff (DVD-CK103), also known as Kau Chow staff, nine continents meant this technique was famous across the whole world in ancient China. With strong long range attack and swift short range strikes, it’s useful for defending against multiple opponents in a wide area.

Choice of:

70" Ultra Light Wushu Waxwood Staff (32-70). Slightly tapered on one end. Approximately 70” long, 7/8” diameter thick at bottom, 1/2” diameter thick at top. Note that these weapons are all handmade and subject to slight variations in measurements. Please note that this weapon is for practice and performance only, not for actual combat.

Southern Staff (Nan Gun) (32.75). Southern Staff is one of the 'long' weapon routines in wushu. The Nan Gun routine and the southern broadsword (Nan Dao), only been added to the wushu competition a few years ago. It has more hitting in contrast to the cutting and swinging techniques of the northern staff (Gun Shu) routines. Martialartsmart has hand picked its Nan Gun for its high quality. The diameter at the top is approx. 1" - 1.25” and 1.25" - 1.5” at the bottom. Note that these weapons are all handmade and subject to slight variations in measurements.
